It is official. The US ranks dead last in healthcare in the developed world. Way to go Bush.

Cool leftovers before placing them in the refrigerator
Keeping your refrigerator full helps to keep it cooler when the door is opened. If you don't fill it with food use bottles of water
Clear out that junk in the trunk. It is wasting gas.
Keep tires properly inflated to improve gas milage
Remember to stop at the store for what you need on the way home. Save a trip.
